Vintage 1980's Scott McClintock party dress. Black velvet fabric. Off shoulder neckline with front v. The bodice is boned for extra support. Drop waist. Full gathered skirt with sparkly gold floral print. Rear zipper. Tulle lined skirt for fullness.
